Investment:The investment depends on the category chosen and area alloted to the Channel Partner.

Manpower : The applicant should have sufficient manpower & 2 wheeler/3 wheeler/4 wheeler for delivery of products and should have sufficient space to keep Sadguna products.

Can you explain the Quantity Purchase Scheme (QPS) for Distributors and Sub-Distributors?

Yes, the QPS for Channel Partners is as follows :-

1.Distributor: Beyond the 10% sales margin, distributors can earn additional rewards through QPS, which is designed to incentivize higher purchase volumes and sales performanc.

2.Sub-Distributor: Similarly, sub-distributors can earn additional rewards through QPS on top of their 7% sales margin, motivating them to increase their sales efforts and distribution reach.

Is their any Registration Fee to become Channel Partner of Sadguna Masale?

Yes, there is a nominal non-refundable registration fee i.e Sub-Distributor-₹500/-; Distributor - ₹1000/; and SS - ₹2000/.

Can a fresher become Channel Partner of Sadguna Masale?

We understand that entering the distribution business as a fresher can be difficult, and it is true that the majority of new distributors face significant challenges. However, we have also witnessed numerous freshers who, with confidence and determination, have not only succeeded but have surpassed the performance of more experienced distributors.At Sadguna Masale, we believe that success is not solely determined by prior experience, but by an individual's capacity, commitment, and willingness to learn and adapt. So, we entertain freshers to join Sadguna Masale as Channel Partners.

Let's us assume I decide to take Distributorship of Sadguna Masale? What will be my Roles and Responsibility?

As a distributor, your roles and responsibility are following:-

1. Distribution of Sadguna Products & Collection of payment from all the Retailers in the allotted pincode. You have to survey the number of retailers in your alloted pincode under your territory and service them on 7 days/10 days/15 days basis. The normal trend is seven days.

I understood my responsibility as a Distributor? What support the company will provide?

The support that the company extends to Distributor are as follows:-

1. One Super-Stockist who keeps ready stock to service minimum 8-10 distributors in his territory

2. The company has partnered with a multi national company Badho, a company that supports Distributor to supply orders and collect payments.

3. The company further provides an attractive gift scheme for retailers which is routed through Badho app to attract sales from retailers.

4. The company also provides Sales Representative, Sales Officer, Area Sales Manager and others to facilitate sales from their region.

5. If a distributor takes 6 pincodes under his territory then a dedicated Sales Representative will work with Distributor to collect orders from retailers

Note:- The Distributor should not engage any company employee to collect payments from retailers.

What is the shelf life of Sadguna Masale products?

Our products have a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the expiry date on the packaging to ensure the best quality.

Can I visit your factory at Jharkhand to see the production process?

While we typically do not allow outsiders to enter our factory due to strict hygiene protocols, we have made comprehensive videos of our facility available on our social media platforms, including YouTube, and our website. These videos showcase our state-of-the-art, German technology SS-304 touchless unit, which is the best of its class in the region.

To gain further confidence and trust, you can also request a video call to see the factory in real-time. This approach ensures transparency while maintaining our high hygiene standards. We are committed to providing you with all the information you need to understand our production process and build trust in our quality and operations.

What is the return or exchange policy of Sadguna Masale?

In principle, there is no exchange or return policy for Sadguna products. We strongly encourage our prospective Channel Partners (CPs) to personally check and taste our products before entering into business.

However, we provide extensive support to our CPs to help expedite sales. In the worst-case scenario, we assist non-performing CPs by reallocating Sadguna products to CPs who are performing well and are willing to accept the additional stock.

It's crucial for CPs to inform their retailers to report any product expiry three months before the Date of Expiry (DOE). The product should be replaced or exchanged immediately in such cases. It is also the responsibility of the Company's Representative to monitor the expiry dates and take appropriate measures to ensure that Sadguna products are consumed before they expire.

Do we have to pay if we want to taste the Sadguna Masale Products?

If the Channel Partner has completed the registration process, the sample will be sent free of cost from the factory. If not, the sample will cost Rs 300/-.

If a Channel Partner has completed the registration process, how does he pay the remaining minimum investment amount?

After completing the registration process, the Channel Partner must pay the remaining minimum investment amount according to the payment instructions provided by Sadguna Masale. Typically, this involves making a bank transfer or online payment to the company's designated account. Detailed payment instructions will be shared during the registration process.
