Minimum Investment, Sales Margin and Credit Policy for Channel Partners

1. Minimum Investment :-(a) The minimum investment to become a Sub-distributor is ₹30000/- without any Pincode allotment.

(b)The minimum investment to become a Distributor depends on the number of pincodes alloted to him which is @ ₹50,000 per town pincode and ₹30000 per village pincode. The distributor has to increase his investment in future based on the growth of business.

(c) The minimum investment to become a Super stockist (SS) depends on the number of Districts alloted to him which is @ ₹3 lakh per Big-District (with population>25 lakh) and ₹2.5 lakh per Small-District (with population<25 lakh).

(d) The minimum investment to become a Consignee Sales Agent(CSA) of Sadguna Masale is ₹20-₹25 lakh with allotment of 6-8 nearby district.

Note:-1. The investment of CSA/SS/DB will reduce if less number of Districts/Pincodes are chosen/allotted.

2. Any pincode that falls in municipal area of the district is designated as Town Pincode and those outside are designated as Village Pincode.

2. Sales Margin :- The company extends following Sales Margin to its Channel Partners:-

(a) CSA: Sales margin of 2.5% with guaranteed ROI of minimum 24% per annum. The logistics, loading and unloading, and go-down rent is paid by the company at actuals.

(b) Super Stockiest (SS): Sales Margin is up to 6% + Bonus + Incentive at Premium Level and the logistics to distributors is paid by the company. Please check Sadguna Success Navigator to understand the entire scheme.

(c) Distributor: Sales margin up to 15% + Bonus + Incentive at Premium Level.

(d) Sub-Distributor: Sales margin of 7% and Sadguna Success Navigator is not applicable for this category

3.Claim of Scheme on Products/SKU:- The goods/products in which the comapny is running scheme has to be claimed by the SS/Channel Partners in the subsequent bill. Such claims has to be approved by HO. All such free goods claimed as schemes and approved by HO shall be sent alongwith subsequent orders of the Channel Partners.

4. Channel Partners Eligibility Criteria :- The Channel Partners eligibility criteria are as follows:
(a) The Channel Partner should have more than 2 years of experience in distribution and at least 3 products under his portfolio.However, a fresher can also be granted permission to join as CP after special approval from MD.
(b) The Channel Partner should possess Aadhar Card, Pan Card & GST Certificate and FSSAI License.
(c) The Channel Partner should have sufficient cash to invest in the market with growth of the business.

5. Channel Partners Code Generation :- The Channel Partner Code will be generated by the company after submission of following documents:
(a) Name of the firm and Xerox copy of the Trade License if any.
(b) 2 self-attested Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card & PAN of the bonafide person.
(c) Xerox Copy of FSSAI Registration & GST certificate of the firm.
(d) 1 cheque of Rs 10/- & 6 PDC in the name of the Pure and Tasty Foods Pvt Ltd.

6. Credit Policy :- The company follows the credit policy of 1/0 net 15 from 2nd transaction onwards. Click Sales Policy.

7. Damage of Goods during transit :- The goods received by the channel partners in damaged condition during transit from factory to Channel Partner destination will be replaced by the company. However, the Channel partner should bring such damaged product to the knowledge of HO and should also make video of such damaged product immediately after receipt of goods. It is the prime responsibility of the channel partner to inspect such goods immediately after receipt and any such damage reported by the CP should be communicated to HO immediately after such incident on phone and validating the same with the help of video. Any such claim after 3 days of receipt of goods and any rat bite cliam due to bad procurement of goods will not be entertained.

8. Expiry of Goods :- The Channel Partner should inform in writing (email) to the authorised representative of the company, stating the quantity and sku details of expired goods lying at his end, at least 3 months prior to expiry of goods. Immediately after such information, the authorised representaive will take appropriate approval of the management and will communicate the Channel Partner in writing stating:-
(i) relocation of goods to some other destination.
(ii)special scheme on such goods enabling prompt sells.
(iii)special discount on such goods to facilitate sells.
However, inspite of all such aforesaid efforts, if the goods gets expired, then in such case, the goods have to be returned back to the factory. In such situation, the logistics cost from the Channel Partner point to the Company's factory has to borne by the Channel Partner and the goods will be replaced/returned after deduction of 10% on the taxable value of the goods.

  • Recognition and Prestige: Achievements under the Sadguna Success Navigator program are publicly recognized within the Sadguna Masale community, enhancing the profile and prestige of participating Distributors and Super Stockists.

How the points are calculated? This incentive program reinforces Sadguna Masale's commitment to driving mutual success, fostering strong partnerships, and achieving sustainable growth in the market. The program operates on a four-level point calculation system designed to evaluate and reward the performance of Channel Partners (CPs), including Distributors (DB) and Super Stockists (SS). The levels are as follows: Basic, Standard, Advanced, and Premium. Any Channel Partner who joins our network is automatically assigned to the Standard Level. At the time of next biling, his performance is evaluated on 30 days working cycle in the field and all the performance indicators are monitored by the company on daily basis by the company representative. From 2nd biling onwards, the incentive, bonus and margin is calculated on the basis of points earned by the CP in the first preceeding 30 days of the working calendar.

  • Limitations and Exceptions: Certain exceptions may apply to the points calculation, such as regional differences, market conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Sadguna Masale will address such exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
  • No Guarantee of Rewards: Participation in the program does not guarantee any specific reward. Rewards are contingent upon meeting or exceeding the established performance criteria and thresholds.
  • Interpretation of Terms: Sadguna Masale reserves the sole right to interpret the terms and conditions of the program. In case of any disputes, the decision of Sadguna Masale will be final and binding.
  • Legal Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from the program.
